What I do

I help founders turn technical uncertainty into shipped product.

I am a Brooklyn-based startup founder and fractional CTO. I work closest to the places where product judgment, engineering systems, and AI workflows meet.

Most recently I was CTO and co-founder at LEA, where a 3-person team built document intelligence systems for $10B+ wealth management firms. Document volume tripled in nine months while manual data entry was cut in half.

Now I help founders make the same kind of progress without turning every technical question into a full-time executive hire. That usually means AI integration, architecture, engineering leadership, agent workflows, or the connective tissue between them.

Current projects include Arwen, Glance, GetMusic.fm, and IndieCrates. I write the newsletter In General and make electronic music as Corvoco.
